Terms of Service

Welcome to AiDikha. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AiDikha website, dashboard, and related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by AiDikha ("we," "us," or "our"). By signing up for or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Who Can Use the Service

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your credentials.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep such information updated.

3. Subscription Plans and Credits

The Service offers Free, Pro, and Agency plans. Each plan comes with a monthly credit allocation that resets on the same day each month. Credits are consumed when AI checks are executed. Unused credits do not roll over to the next month.

Paid plan subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled. You may cancel or change your plan at any time from your dashboard.

3.1 Payments

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for any bank charges or currency conversion fees.

3.2 Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. However, in cases of proven technical failure on our end that materially impacts service delivery, we may issue prorated refunds at our discretion. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the billing date.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Track businesses without authorization or a legitimate business interest
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or bypass any part of the Service
• Overload, disrupt, or interfere with the Service infrastructure
• Use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or otherwise collect data from the Service beyond documented API access
• Resell, redistribute, or white-label the Service without a formal Agency-tier agreement

5. AI-Generated Content and Third-Party AI Providers

The Service queries third-party AI providers (including Google Gemini, OpenAI ChatGPT, Anthropic Claude, and Perplexity) to generate visibility reports. We do not control the outputs of these AI models. AI-generated responses may contain inaccuracies, biases, or outdated information. You acknowledge that:

• Reports are for informational purposes only and should not be the sole basis for business decisions
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of AI responses
• Third-party AI providers have their own terms and policies that may apply to your data

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, design, text, graphics, and other content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by AiDikha or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

You retain all rights to the business data you submit. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process this data solely to provide the Service.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay subscription fees. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, and your data may be deleted after a 30-day grace period.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AiDikha shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or an in-app announcement. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
